Return policy

  1. Buyer paid but did not receive the product

  2. Product is defective or damaged during transit;

  3. Seller delivered wrong product to the Buyer

  4. The product the Buyer receives is markedly different from the information provided by the Seller in the product description;

  5. We are not responsible for any damage after installation or personal reason return requests, example: purchase wrong item.

  6. All items must be returned in the same condition as we shipped them to you. A legitimate fee will be charged, if we find out that the items are damaged, have been used or have missing parts.

Note: Bumperautomobile supports complaint resolution cases when there are videos and images at the time of opening the goods.
