Buyer paid but did not receive the product
Product is defective or damaged during transit;
Seller delivered wrong product to the Buyer
The product the Buyer receives is markedly different from the information provided by the Seller in the product description;
We are not responsible for any damage after installation or personal reason return requests, example: purchase wrong item.
All items must be returned in the same condition as we shipped them to you. A legitimate fee will be charged, if we find out that the items are damaged, have been used or have missing parts.
