  1. Order

– You choose the product that suits your needs and contact us via email, whatsapp, phone, or text message.

– Provide complete and accurate delivery information.

– Payment will be made online through the payment gateway system of the payment intermediary service provider integrated right on the Store.

Accepted payment methods include: Bank transfer; Paypal, payoneer.

– Please carefully check all information related to the Order before Payment. After successful payment, the Order will be automatically sent to my company’s order management system.

– The Order created by you and sent to bumperautomobile in the above manner is considered an offer to enter into a contract to buy and sell your Product according to this General Policy.

  1. Order Confirmation

– After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation notification from bumperautomobile staff with the Order reference number and details of the Product you have ordered.

– In case an order has multiple products after completing the payment, if you want to cancel a product in the order or want to change to another product, please cancel the current order and place a new order.

– After bumperautomobile creates the waybill code, you will not be able to cancel the order.

  1. Check order status

We will send the waybill code to you via email, whatsapp, or text message.

  1. Cancel order

– You can only cancel the order before the waybill is created.

  1. Refund

– You will be refunded the full payment for the order successfully canceled by my company.
